- The Powerful Coaching Programme
This is a 3-day programme is aimed at Senior and Middle Leaders who want to unlock the further potential of their colleagues.
Day 1: Contracting, GROW Model, Introduction to the Research Base & practical modelling.
Day 2: Questioning Styles, Goal Setting, Deepening your Knowledge and Developing your Skills,
Day 3: Coaching for Stress, Managing Difficult Scenarios. This programme is delivered by an executive coach within Harris Federation.
Day 3 is also available as a stand-alone event for those who wish to attend this separately. This advanced training enables managers to support staff experiencing unhealthy stress whilst still maintaining a focus on business outcomes. It provides a practical framework for conducting a supportive conversation about the situation whilst guiding the manager to an appropriate approach.

- Day 1: 22nd April - online
- Day 2: 10th June - face to face
- Day 3: 1st July - online
