Sarah Dodsley

Executive Coach and Apprenticeship Manager

Sarah has been in education for 12 years, teaching A Level Law and Politics as well as Citizenship and Sociology at KS3 and 4. Sarah has also been part of the sixth form management team as head of year.

Sarah's interest in coaching began at the start of her teaching career after participating in a coaching programme and she quickly began training and supporting colleagues regularly in terms of career and professional coaching and also supporting well-being.

Sarah qualified as an Executive Coach in 2015 and works with members of staff closely in 1:1 sessions which is a part of her work that she values greatly. Sarah has worked with the Teaching School Hub in delivering coaching training to participants of the Lead Practitioner Programme for a number of years. Her professional development continued and she qualified in other well-being modalities (including mindfulness) in 2019 and 2020 to broaden the support she can offer to staff.

She is now leading the Coaching Professional Apprenticeship that she has been developing in the last year and is set to deliver from 2022.
